My name is Karen Sullivan. I worked as a Realtor, in the Valley,and was licensed in 1989. My first experience in real estate was in property management, in Tempe then in Gilbert, AZ. My property manager managed several apartment complexes throughout the Valley. She would send me to various complexes to “fill” vacancies. She saw how easy it was for me to connect to people.

After a short time, I decided to join Robson Communities, and was employed as a “Preferred Guest Coordinator”. It was my job to invite guests from all over the nation, to visit any one of four communities, Sun Lakes, Sunbird, Pebble Creek and Saddle Brook, and eventually to entertain a new home purchase in one of the four communities. A sales person would then write the offer.

It was my decision to go in to new home sales. I went to work for Jackson Properties in Gilbert, AZ., at Finley Farms, then to Elliott Homes in Gilbert, AZ.

Residential resale seemed to offer more options for me. I started with Century 21 Gold then went to Re/Max. Many years later, I relocated to Prescott, AZ. And joined Realty Executives Northern Arizona. Nothing has changed, but the scenery and landscape. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and making new friends, while enjoying and helping people I have known.
